摘要 | The change of soil moisture under new water-saving micro-sprinkling irrigation with plastic film (MSPF) in greenhouse agriculture caused the change of soil nutrients, soil enzyme activity and the process of this is not clear. Therefore, the rhizosphere soil of different irrigation frequency (F, F1: 3d, F2: 5d, F3: 7d) and irrigation amount (I, I1: 0.7 Epan, where Epan is the cumulative evaporation of Phi 20 cm standard pan, I2: 1.0 Epan, I3: 1.2 Epan) under MSPF were collected and analyzed to explore the response of soil nutrient, soil enzyme activity and its stoichiometric ratio. The results showed that the soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and enzyme stoichiometric ratio of tomato increased first and then decreased or increased with the decrease of irrigation frequency F and the increase of irrigation amount I. When F was 5 days, the soil carbon and nitrogen limitation could be reduced, and the soil carbon and nitrogen accumulation was better under 1.0 Epan. The F2I2 could significantly increase the yield of tomato and improve the water use efficiency of tomato. Soil total organic carbon / total phosphorus and beta-glucosidase / aline phosphatase had good correlation with yield, which could be used as important indicators to evaluate soil nutrient cycling. |
