摘要 | In order to improve the riding comfort, handling stability and driving safety of agricultural tractors, the parameters of cab suspension and front axle are optimised in this paper. Taking wheeled tractor as the research object, the cab and front axle suspension system were designed, and the 5-degree-of-freedom plane vibration model of the tractor was established. The unified objective function method was used to optimise the parameters of tractor cab and front axle suspension, and the optimisation results were simulated and analysed in Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the stiffness and damping of front cab suspension, rear cab suspension and front axle suspension are (18,645 N/m, 1650 Nm/s), (18,645 N/m, 2038 Nm/s) and (250,135 N/m, 9892 Nm/s), the RMS of the tractor cab vertical and pitch vibration acceleration are respectively reduced by 64.2%, 54.1%. The dynamic travel of the suspension system and the dynamic load of the tyre are within the acceptable range, the comprehensive performance of the tractor system reaches the optimum. |
